God alone is Sovereign

1 Chronicles 29:11

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.

Some Randomness

Just a few random things I wanted to mention.....

I am sorry to say, but Huggies Little Movers do not hold a candle to Pampers Cruisers. I've always been a Pampers loyal fan, but recently tried Huggies on Anna Grace. Well, she still takes Lasix which makes her pee-pee to help keep fluid off her little lungs and when she takes her Lasix Huggies just do not do the job, so I'm going back to the old tried and true... Pampers.

Also, I have been experimenting with making "homeade" chicken tenders. My son has been stuck on the Tyson pre-made chicken nuggets which I don't really like to feed him because I am trying to break the "processed food" habit. So, I have tried a couple of different chicken tender recipes without success.... until now!

I am happy to share with you the recipe that I found and made that my very, very picky son LIKED and my husband who is not crazy about chicken also liked. So, without further adieu, here is the recipe:

2/3 cup Bisquick Mix
1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs (It HAS to be PANKO)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
3 Chicken Breasts Cut Into Strips
2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
3 Tablespoons butter melted

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Mix Bisquick, Cheese, Bread crumbs, Salt, Paprika in 1 gallon plastic resealable bag. Dip chicken into eggs and place in bag and shake.

Place chicken on cookie sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken.

Bake 18 minutes - turning over after 8 minutes.

Enjoy!

One last thing.... we have a Heart Moms Night Out coming up THIS FRIDAY from 7-9 pm. Leave me a comment if you're interested in attending and I will let you know the location. Have a great week!

LOL! I've always been loyal to Pampers. At the hospital, as you know, they use Huggies. It was after my 3rd or 4th middle-of-the-night diaper, outfit and bedding change that I had hubs get me some Pampers Swaddlers for Chase. We never had another accident! I swear by Cruisers. Are you a member of Amazon Mom? I get a monthly box of 100 size 4s for about $20 with free shipping. It's awesome!!

And I'm definitely gonna try your recipe. LO loves McDonald's chicken nuggets (gag) and I refuse to get them for her anymore. I tried the frozen ones but she didn't like them and I wasn't a fan of all the added junk in them. She's never liked my homemade attempts, but maybe this one will be "The One!"
