God alone is Sovereign

1 Chronicles 29:11

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.

Anna Grace Update

I received THE phone call from MUSC today. It is a dreadful feeling to see MUSC on your caller ID - even though I was waiting for the call, when it finally comes your stomach just sinks.

Anna Grace's surgery (the Glenn) is scheduled for June 24, 2010. We will most likely travel to Charleston on June 21 as Anna Grace has some pre-operative testing which has to be performed prior to the 24th.

Please be praying for Anna Grace, for our family, for her surgeon, Dr. Bradley, and for the whole team (anesthesia & nurses).

They have to stop my daughter's heart, it is scary. I am thankful that the Lord is soverign - He sees us, He comforts us when we call upon Him and His will is perfect. Lord, please strengthen us for this journey!

Praying for your sweet Anna Grace. We haven't met yet but my husband and I attend First North and I attend Mops. We have a sweet Anna Grace born last June. We too have health issues so we can somewhat understand. We are lifting you all up on prayer.

The power of prayer is Amazing! I will be adding Anna Grace to all of the prayer lists that we put our baby Ian on. Ian just completed his last of the three surgeries on 5/11/2010. He was discharged from the hospital on 5/15/2010 setting a hospital record of going home so quickly after the Fontan procedure. We will be keeping Anna Grace, the family, and the doctors in our prayers as they work through Him to heal your precious baby girl!

We will continue to lift up Anna Grace along with all our "heart buddies" as Zach says each night at prayer time. God is so good and I thank you for your faith and strength --- He is getting all the glory!
Heart hugs,
Pam
